Our Standard Delivery Practice
We will always aim to deliver your order within 2 working days of purchase. However, this may take longer during busy periods or for reasons outside of our control. If you would like a guaranteed next day delivery please select this service at check out.
We dispatch all UK items via Interlink courier services, and you will be notified by email when your order is dispatched. You will be be able to track your order and make any delivery requests online at www.dpdlocal.co.uk.
Overseas Delivery
We are proud to ship almost anywhere in the world. We have standard delivery costs for the majority of our items. To deliver larger items outside of the UK please contact us for a quote at checkout.
Returns
We really hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for some reason you would like to return it, we offer a hassle-free 14 day returns on all items. To return your item, simply email info@curatedliving.co.uk or call us on 01428 870050 and we will issue a returns number and address. Please pop your item back in its original parcel or similar secure packaging and return to us within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you the full cost of the item and delivery fees within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend using recorded delivery and keep the receipt, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
The Withdrawal Button – a new compliance required by non-EU businesses
Please note that as of 19th June 2026 all traders selling to the EU must provide a withdrawal button on their website to be used ONLY by customers living and ordering from within the EU.
In order to enhance consumer rights online, the EU has made it a significantly easier for consumers based within the EU to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal (also known as a cooling-off period) for online purchases.
What this means for our customers who are ordering from within the EU, is that if you wish to cancel your purchase/return your goods you must inform us within 14 days for the right to receive a refund. By clicking the ‘Withdrawal Button’ you notify us of your wish to terminate the purchase contract.
Please note that for us to issue a refund, goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched in – good, new saleable condition, with tags and original packaging. On receipt of goods we will issue a full refund minus the original postage costs.
Please note that returned goods must be sent ‘signed for’ so that there is proof of delivery back to us and the cost of returned postage is the responsibility of the customer.
